About Us
Crossroads Care is a charity which promotes, offers, supports and delivers high quality service for carers and people with care needs.
The original East Surrey Crossroads was formed in 2004 from an amalgamation of the
Reigate and Tandridge schemes. In 2009 all schemes in the county merged to form Surrey Crossroads,
now known as Crossroads Care Surrey.
